Thank you for your professionalism in handling Wedding at the "Mansion" Your attention to detail along with your kind and caring attitude made it very easy to work with you.
We received many compliments on the wedding from our guests. They loved the food , service and unusual setting which they felt led to a relaxed and fun evening.
I must admit I had my doubts about having the DJ in a separate room, but it turned out to be a fantastic arrangement. When one wasn't dancing they could visit with others in a quiet relaxed atmosphere in another room-much as one would in their own home. Our guest loved it!

I couldn't let this go without thanking you tremendously for the wonderful dinner you provided for us this past Sunday evening at "Jimmy's Place"
Your selection of dinnerware, chairs, tablecloths, etc. fit perfectly into the character of the evening and I heard nothing but raves about your cuisine. I heard some say they have never had salmon prepared like the before and said it was excellent. It was so good, we never had to offer the chicken dishes, which really surprised me that 15 guest would be agreeable to the same entree. Thank you for preparing the chicken dishes as an alternative. Although not need your thoughtfulness was very much appreciated.
The Cocktail hour in the library worked out well, also. You were correct. The shrimp added that"special touch"
Anne Estabook , the chairman here at Elizabeth town, who was the hostess for the event, very much enjoyed your meal. She entertains quite a lot, both personally and professionally, and I am sure you can count on her calling upon you in the future for her "North Jersey" entertaining. I received a call from Governor Bryne's secretary on Monday morning, and the first words uttered were,

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! The bridal shower for my daughter, Karen was super. She loved the class of the setup. Your explanations on organizations, food preparations and actual cooking were concise clear and interesting.
Everyone had fun preparing the meal and your assistants Alison, Jena, and Isabel were helpful patient and efficient. In addition, the menu you suggested had variety & was top rate.
